Material inspection, technical evaluation, price negotiation, commercial confirmation, Purchase Orders, invoices, payments, material release, loading, transportation, and logistics are handled offline in accordance with the applicable transaction documents.

EPCeMart may facilitate introductions, communication, inspection arrangements, documentation, commercial coordination, and transaction support. Final obligations are governed by the agreed Purchase Order, invoice, contract, or other applicable transaction documents.

4. EPCeMart and Regional Business Associate Support

EPCeMart may provide regional support through authorised Business Associates across India and other locations where EPCeMart operates.

Regional Business Associates may support local coordination, buyer-seller communication, material inspection arrangements, document follow-up, commercial discussions, site coordination, logistics facilitation, and transaction progress, depending on the assignment.

Business Associates act in a facilitation and coordination capacity for activities assigned by EPCeMart. Final technical acceptance, commercial approval, Purchase Orders, invoices, payments, material release, and contractual commitments remain subject to confirmation by the authorised Transaction Parties and the applicable commercial documents.
